RVupgrades 90 day return policy

We realize that not everyone has their RV parked at their home and it may take some time before you can check if your purchase is a perfect fit for your RV.  That's why RVupgrade's offers a 90 day return policy, with no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same brand new condition.

  • You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date.
  • Products must be in the condition you received it in and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Please wait for instructions on the location to return your product. Returns require a Authorization Number, please complete the form below or give us a call at 1-866-332-7881 and we can do it over the phone. (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.S.T.) 
  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with a notification sent by email. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  • Shipping charges are not refunded, we will refund shipping charges if the return is for a reason that was the fault of RVupgrades.com, for example (wrong product shipped, wrong color, damaged product).
