The Hydro Life Complete Under Counter Filtration Kit is ideal for use with ice makers and kitchen or bathroom sinks in any RV. Use directly on cold water line or in conjunction with an auxiliary faucet at the kitchen sink. Like other water filtration systems Hydro Life addresses taste/odor and chlorine reduction. In addition, Hydro Life has the unique capability of controlling the growth of bacteria within cartridge using a bacteriostatic material called KDF. KDF is a very high purity copper/zinc alloy, which stops the growth of bacteria and can reduce a variety of contaminants and heavy metals from the water.
