The Master Lock 3490ATSC Trailer Hitch Locking Ball Mount - 3-1/2 Drop - 2-1/4" Rise is made for use on Class III receivers. This ball mount has an integrated locking mechanism to prevent theft. Simply turn the key, and the stainless steel pins extend to lock the ball mount in place.
