RVupgrades.com Inc. was established out of a love for RV'ing, and we set out to supply unique RV items not handled by other RV suppliers.   As time has passed our customers have asked us to handle some of the general line RV items as well because of our no hassle way of doing business.  We test every newly introduced product that we sell to insure that it performs as advertised and we provide an area for you to review these products as well.  

RVupgrades stocks product!  We evaluate each one of our vendors to determine what is the most efficient and economical way to get your order in to your hands.  This system allows us to stock those hard to come by items in our 15,000 s/f warehouse, while drop shipping other items from warehouses close to you.

But our main focus is  "Customer Service"  This isn't just talk or a saying we throw around, it is something we put into practice here on a daily basis.  We feel customer service goes beyond the point where you may have an issue, but includes your total experience from the time you locate our website or call us on the phone until the time you receive your order. 

With the large number of products we handle, finding what you are looking for can be a daunting task.  So to better help you we include a manufacturers listing, a category listing, a product listing, a general search and last but not least a advance search from any page on our website.  There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to navigate a website or locate items quickly.

Once you locate the item, we try and provide the clearest cleanest photos and the most concise and complete information possible on each and every item.  This may include the use of multiple product images and manufacturer installation instructions depending on what we can get our hands on.  On new products just introduced to the RV industry, we even offer a product evaluation detailing how well the product actually works.  But most importantly we offer you our best price 365 days a year and the reason you do not see sales on our website.  It doesn't seem fair to us to allow one customer to get a "sale price" and other customers to have to pay a premium because they didn't require that item during a sale period. 

When it comes time to checkout we incorporate the very latest security technology to insure your information is safe and secure.   Your customer details are never used for anything other than the purpose of getting your order to you.  We do not sell nor do we use your information in an unsolicited manner.   We utilize a simple 2 step process which allows you the option of checking out without setting up an account or if you would like to keep track of your past purchases you can setup a online account.  Either way you will still be able to track your order!
