The Blue Ox DH1102 Diamond Hitch is built for '03-'07 Dodge 2500/3500 vehicles. This gooseneck hitch is capable of towing almost anything and mounts underneath the truck bed, keeping it clear for storing cargo. It is designed so the ball can be easily stored and kept flush with the bed of the truck

To use, first insert the ball into the hitch cylinder and rotate. The Inverta ball has a spring-loaded locking mechanism which keeps the ball firmly in place, avoiding unlatching accidents. This keeps things simple by getting rid of the levers, locks or cables in truck fender wells. The hitch ball can be stored by pushing the safety thumb lock to unlatch it and removing it by rotating. The ball is then inverted and put back into the socket, keeping it easily stored until you need it again.

The ability to remove the hitch ball and store it keeps the Diamond Hitch flush with the floor. The Diamond Hitch is mounted entirely underneath your Dodge truck bed, keeping storage space open when nothing is being towed.

Installation is made easier and quicker because the Diamond Hitch is bolted directly to the truck frame. It needs a four-inch hole in the truck bed for the ball cylinder, but uses existing bolts and holes whenever it can. The main hitch assembly is constructed from one-piece tubular steel to add to the overall strength and durability.
