Note: The viewing window allows you to see how much ice you have in your basket. When the "Ice Full" indicator light turns on, you can empty your ice into an ice chest, cooler, or freezer bag or leave it in the unit. If you do not need that much ice right away, the ice will melt and recycle back into the machine and continue making fresh ice.
