The Demco GMC Terrain Base Plate # 9518262 For 2010 - 2013 Vehicles is made specifically for the GMC Terrain and will mount permanently to the chassis for a secure, reliable attachment point for all Demco tow bars or Blue Ox, Ready Brute and Roadmaster tow bars with added adapter. It is also easy to access, but not visible when installed. A baseplate is the frame work that allows you to hook a tow bar to your GMC Terrain and tow it 4 wheels down. Demco takes safety seriously and uses Finite Elemental Analysis (FEA) when testing base plates for strength, functionality and durability.
