The Ez Battery Check Twist Lock Battery Watering System Cap With Water Level Monitor is a simple, easy way to maintain the water levels in your 6 and 8V deep cycle batteries.
  • Monitor the water levels in your batteries without needing to remove them.
  • Designed for RVs, golf carts, and solar systems.
  • Features a visible gauge of the water level in each battery cell.
  • Each cap has a water fill port and can be refilled without removing the cap using an optional squeeze bulb or fill bottle (sold separately)

Using Ez Battery Check Water Level Monitor

1. Ensure the battery is fully charged.
2. The battery's electrolyte level should be at the manufacturer's recommended level. Add distilled water if necessary. Do not over fill.
3. Remove the original vent caps and install the Ez Check Battery cap.
4. Note the level of the red float indicator and position the O ring even with the bottom of the red float indicator.
5. The Ez Check cap is now ready to be monitored. When the red float indicator drops below the O ring, remove the small black cap on the fill tube and slowly add distilled water to the cell until the red float indicator rises above the O ring.
6. Re-install the small black cap and you're done.

Batteries should be checked frequently to maintain the correct fluid levels.
