The MOR/ryde Heavy Duty Shackle Kit is an excellent upgrade for your running gear to prevent wear and tear. The heavy duty kit includes 1/2" shackle brackets, bronze bushings, grease able or "wet bolts" and nuts. The 1/2" shackle bracket is built stronger and more durable not allowing the bracket to stretch or elongate while in use. The bronze bushings and wet bolts provide periodic lubrication that will greatly extend the product life. Will fit units with upgraded suspension systems. This SRE 4000 Heavy Duty Shackle Kit is designed to be used on any triple axle trailer that features the MOR/ryde SRE 4000 suspension system.

  • (16) 3/18-16 x 1 Grade 8 Yellow Zinc Bolt
  • (12) 7/16”-20 Flange Lock Nut
  • (4) RE150-004 two hole shackles
  • (8) 7/16-14 x 1.25 Grade 5 Zinc Bolts
  • (4) 9/16”-7/16-20 Wet Bolt 2.90” long
  • (8) .44-14 Grade 2 Lock Nut
  • (16) 3/8-16 Grade 5 Zinc Lock Nut
