The Demco Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth Base Plate # 9517018 For 1996 to 1997 Vehicles will specifically fit all three of these vans and will permanently mount to the chassis creating a secure connection for all Demco tow bars or Blue Ox, Ready Brute and Roadmaster tow bars with added adapter. A base plate is the frame work that allows you to hook a tow bar to your Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Caravan or Plymouth Voyager and tow it 4 wheels down. Demco takes safety seriously and uses Finite Elemental Analysis (FEA) when testing base plates for strength, functionality and durability.
