How to choose the right Dicor

  • Self-Leveling (501LS*): Horizontal surfaces — roof edges, around vents/ACs, screw heads.
  • Non-Sag (551LS*): Vertical seams — sidewalls, windows, doors, trim (won’t slump).
  • Cap Sealant (351CSB-1): Clean bead along trim, doors, compartment frames.
  • Butyl Tape (BT-1834-1): Under flanges for windows/vents — primary watertight gasket.
  • Color: Match your roof/trim (White, Black, Gray, Tan, Ivory).
  • Tip: Prep matters — clean, dry surface. For EPDM/TPO roofs, Dicor is a go-to.
