The BAL 21100009 is a 25-foot roll of BAL's R854047 wiper seal — the OEM right-hand and left-hand side position wiper seal for the Accu-Slide ABS cable-driven slide-out system. It mounts to the vertical side seal brackets on either side of the slide-out opening using the integral adhesive backing, where it wipes across the slide room surface as the room extends and retracts, keeping debris out of the system and helping guide the bulb seals closed for a weatherproof finish position.
The 21100009 adhesive-backing version is also commonly used as a more durable upgrade replacement for the clip-in style R854056 seal, which is prone to cracking on some installations. The adhesive application bonds directly to the metal seal bracket and does not rely on a plastic clip channel that can degrade over time.
