The VanRug's surface is 100% polypropylene fiber — essentially plastic filaments woven to provide the look and feel of carpet while delivering far greater durability. The 1/2" polypropylene foam backer cushions impacts to protect the factory-painted floor from dents and dings, reduces road noise transmission through the cargo floor, and provides meaningful knee and leg comfort during loading, unloading, and work in the cargo area. Installation is fully tool-free — slide the mat under the OEM plastic shrouds at the rear and side doors, and it seats without adhesive or fasteners.

The VRMS06M fits the 144" wheelbase Sprinter cargo van only. It is not designed for Sprinter passenger vans, crew vans, or extended-wheelbase models. Passenger and crew van models with seating installed may require trimming to fit around seat mounts. Wheelbase identification: The 144" wheelbase is the standard (non-extended) Sprinter cargo van body. Extended wheelbase models (170" WB) require a different part number.
