For Single Rear Wheel (SRW) Sprinter 3500 models, the correct part is Bilstein 24-167161. Installing a DRW shock on an SRW chassis will result in improper fitment. Check your rear axle configuration before ordering. DRW models have two tires per rear corner; SRW models have one tire per rear corner.
