The Curt 17208 provides a complete pair of replacement hookup brackets for weight distribution towing systems. Each bracket mounts to the trailer tongue or frame and provides the attachment point needed for a spring-bar chain.
Their snap-up design allows the spring bars to be tensioned using a compatible weight distribution lift handle. These brackets are especially useful on trailers where LP tanks or other frame-mounted equipment create installation obstacles for standard spring-bar mounting locations.
