This case measures 6" x 5-1/2" x 3-1/4", not 8" x 6" x 4" — the larger figure appears to reflect outer shipping/package dimensions rather than the case itself. More importantly, this is a small breakaway battery case, designed for the compact sealed battery that powers a trailer's emergency breakaway switch — it is far too small to hold a Group 24 deep-cycle or marine battery, which is roughly twice this size. Confirm you need a breakaway battery case, not a general-purpose RV battery box, before ordering.
