The Curt 56558 provides a vehicle-specific trailer wiring solution for select Ford Escape, Mazda Tribute and Mercury Mariner models. Its OEM-compatible connector plugs directly into the vehicle's existing factory trailer-tow wiring, eliminating the need for cutting or splicing.
Once connected, the harness provides a standard 4-way flat output for trailer taillights, brake lights and turn signals. A rubber dust cover helps protect the connector when not in use, and the harness can be routed to the center of the rear bumper for convenient trailer hookup.
