Curt 57010 routes an additional 7-way RV blade socket into the bed of compatible Ford pickups, placing the trailer electrical connection closer to a 5th wheel or gooseneck coupler. The harness tees into the factory trailer wiring while retaining full use of the original rear bumper socket.
The 10' harness uses a right-angle plug for easier routing and protective slit loom to help shield the wiring from abrasion. A spring-loaded dust cover protects the bed-mounted socket, while the included isolator kit helps prevent galvanic corrosion when mounting the connector to an aluminum truck bed.
