Curt 58044 provides a standard female 4-way flat trailer wiring socket at the rear of a tow vehicle. It splices into compatible vehicle wiring to supply the basic electrical circuits needed for trailer taillights, brake lights, and turn signals.
The connector uses durable molded-rubber construction that will not rust or corrode, while 60" of bonded color-coded wiring provides additional length for flexible routing. Included snap-lock splice connectors simplify installation into compatible 2-wire vehicle electrical systems.

Curt 58044 is the female connector installed on the tow vehicle. It is not the male trailer-side plug. For a trailer-side 4-way connector, use the appropriate Curt trailer wiring plug instead.
