A straightforward, durable upgrade for any RV shower stall. The Camco 43711 replaces worn-out or low-flow OEM shower heads with a five-pattern adjustable spray, a thumb-operated on/off switch that lets you pause flow without touching the valve, and a flow rate calibrated for typical RV water system pressures. A solid choice for weekend warriors and full-timers who want a better rinse without wasting tank water.
RV shower heads face conditions that residential units never do: fluctuating water pressure from onboard pumps, low-flow tank conservation needs, and the constant vibration of highway miles. The Camco 43711 is engineered with that environment in mind. Its heavy-duty construction handles the bouncing and bumping of travel, and the on/off thumb switch is the single most useful feature for boondockers -- pause the water while you lather up without hunting for the faucet handle.
The five adjustable spray patterns let you dial in the right flow for everything from a quick rinse to a full pressure wash-down. At 2.5 GPM with a 40 PSI supply (or 1.7 GPM at the 25 PSI typical of an onboard water pump), you get a satisfying shower without draining your freshwater tank any faster than necessary.
Adjustable head rotates through five spray modes -- from concentrated jet to wide mist -- to match your preference and water pressure situation.
Pause water flow instantly without adjusting the faucet. Ideal for conserving freshwater when boondocking or camping without hookups.
Delivers 2.5 GPM at 40 PSI (campground hookup) and 1.7 GPM at 25 PSI (onboard pump), covering both hookup and off-grid scenarios.
Built to handle road vibration and repeated use. Durable plastic housing resists cracking and discoloration common in humid shower enclosures.
The Camco 43711 uses a standard 1/2-inch NPT female inlet, which is the near-universal thread standard for RV shower hoses. It will connect directly to any standard RV shower hose without adapters. If you are replacing an existing RV shower head, this is almost certainly a direct swap -- unscrew the old head, thread on the new one with a wrap of plumber's tape, done.
When you are running on a freshwater tank, every gallon counts. The built-in on/off switch on the Camco 43711 lets you wet down, shut off the flow, lather up, then rinse -- a simple routine that can cut your per-shower water use significantly compared to leaving the water running. For full-timers and boondockers especially, this feature pays for itself quickly in extended dry camping range.
Camco backs the 43711 with a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. As with all Camco plumbing accessories, keep the original packaging and receipt. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation or water system pressure exceeding rated limits.
