A no-key solution for securing RV exterior baggage compartment doors. The 44333 uses a simple thumb-turn to engage or release the cam, keeping your storage bays closed without fumbling for keys. Fits the 3/4" mounting holes common on most RV baggage doors and works on panels up to 5/8" thick.
The Camco 44333 is the 5/8" cylinder version in Camco's thumb-operated cam lock lineup -- the shorter-cylinder companion to the 44323 (7/8" cylinder). If your RV baggage door panel is on the thinner side, the 44333 is the correct choice. The thumb-paddle rotates 90 degrees to swing the cam into the locked or released position, and the offset cam geometry gives the latch extra purchase on door frames with a slight lip or recess.
This lock installs in minutes with basic hand tools and requires no drilling beyond the standard 3/4" hole already present in most OEM and aftermarket RV baggage doors. It is a direct drop-in replacement for many factory cam locks that have worn out, lost their key, or been damaged.

Measure your door panel thickness before ordering. Installing a cylinder that is too long will leave the retaining nut unable to clamp properly; too short and the cam will not engage the door frame.
