Space is a premium in any RV, camper, or boat. The Camco 51903 Collapsible Utility Basket pops open in seconds for laundry, gear, or wet items, then folds down to just over 3 inches flat so it stows under a bed, in a cabinet, or behind a seat without taking up meaningful room. Waterproof construction means cleanup is as simple as a quick rinse.
Full-time RVers and weekend warriors alike deal with the same problem: laundry, wet gear, produce, and miscellaneous supplies need a home, but dedicated hampers and crates eat floor space you can't spare. The Camco 51903 solves that with a rigid-wire pop-open frame that locks fully upright for real carrying capacity, then collapses flat in one motion when empty.
At 18 inches wide by 24 inches long and 10.5 inches deep when expanded, it holds a full load of laundry or a haul of campground groceries. Collapsed, the same basket is only about 3.2 inches thick -- flat enough to slide into the gap beside a refrigerator or under most dinette benches.
Wire frame structure opens fully with one motion and stays rigid during use. No partial collapses or sagging sides under load.
Folds down to approximately 3.2 inches thick -- thin enough to stow in narrow RV cabinet gaps, under mattresses, or in storage bays.
Smooth waterproof liner handles wet towels, damp swimwear, rinsed produce, and dirty dish transport without soaking through.
Two-pound basket weight keeps total carry weight low. Easy to handle for all ages, and won't stress overhead cabinet shelving.
This basket earns its keep across a range of everyday RV and camping tasks:
The basket's liner material won't absorb odors or moisture from laundry or wet gear. Wipe down with a damp cloth or rinse at the campground spigot and let it air dry flat before stowing.
The 51903 is covered by Camco's limited 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. White body with gray accent finish. Sold individually -- one basket per package.
This product is sold under Camco part number 51903 and vendor/SKU code 03-2218. UPC: 014717519038. Both numbers reference the same large White/Gray basket. A smaller version is also available in the Camco collapsible basket line if the 18 x 24 footprint is too large for your space.
