The front and side panels are built as a single connected piece, so you're never fumbling to align separate components or locate which bag the connectors fell into.
The front panel slides directly into the extra slot on the awning roller tube. Side panels attach to the awning rail slot and to the roller with straps. Toggle-style attachments secure the privacy panels once positioned. The entire setup anchors with included ground stakes -- no drilling into your coach, no adhesives, nothing permanent.

The Vacation'r Room does not include a floor panel. If you want a ground cover inside the enclosure, plan to add an outdoor rug or separate ground cloth. This is typical for this product category and not a defect.
This enclosure is designed for use with vertical style awning arms only. It is not compatible with angled or horizontal arm configurations. Verify your awning arm style before ordering.
The entire room packs into the included tote-style storage bag. Ground stakes store separately in their own small bag so they do not puncture or soil the fabric during transport. Both bags fit easily in a basement storage bay or cargo area.
Allow fabric to dry fully before packing to prevent mildew. If stored damp, open the bag and air out as soon as possible. Tent-material fabric can be cleaned with mild soap and water -- avoid harsh solvents that degrade the coating.
