The Coleman Mach 9330A3091 is the OEM replacement louver assembly for compatible 9000 Series ceiling assemblies. The louvers are the adjustable air direction vanes positioned at the supply air discharge of the ceiling assembly — they direct conditioned air flow into the living space and allow the occupant to angle airflow toward desired areas of the RV interior. The vane assembly holds the individual louver blades in their frame and links them so they move together when adjusted.
Louver blades can become cracked, warped, discolored, or broken over years of use, exposure to cleaning products, or accidental impact. A failed vane assembly can prevent the louvers from holding position or moving as a coordinated set. This replacement kit restores the complete louver function to a compatible ceiling assembly with a fresh OEM set in White.
Installation is straightforward — current-production louvers snap directly into position in the ceiling assembly grille frame. Older ceiling assembly versions may have retained louvers with screws, in which case those screws must be removed before the new snap-in louvers can be installed. Snap the old louvers out and press the new louvers into position until they click into place. Older-style assemblies: Some older 9330 Series ceiling assemblies secured the louvers with four screws rather than a snap-in design. Remove those screws and the old louver assembly before installing the new snap-in replacement set. No disassembly of the ceiling assembly from the rooftop unit is required for louver replacement.
The 9330A3091 fits 9330, 9370, 9430, and 9530 Series ceiling assemblies. The 9470 Series uses a different louver part (9470-3501).
