Replacement 2-button wall switch flush control panel for Thetford Tecma Silence Plus RV and marine macerating toilets, April 2006 to present. Includes dual-button panel, bone and black bezels, and mounting screws. Previously known as Thetford part number 36387.
The Thetford 50007 is the replacement 2-button wall switch control panel for the Thetford Tecma Silence Plus macerating toilet — the wall-mounted panel that controls flushing from outside the toilet unit itself. Previously known as Thetford part number 36387, this is the same direct-fit OEM replacement under an updated part number.
The Tecma Silence Plus uses a remote wall switch panel rather than a button on the toilet body — the panel is mounted on the wall near the toilet and communicates with the toilet's controller to activate the flush cycle. This 2-button version is the dual-mode style used on Silence Plus models from April 2006 to present, offering two flush modes (typically full and reduced flush). The kit includes the switch panel itself, both bone and black bezels for color matching, and mounting screws. This is the wall switch panel only — the separate controller (raw part 36291) is sold separately if also needed.
• 1x 2-button wall switch panel • 1x Bone bezel • 1x Black bezel • 2x Mounting screws Also needed if controller is failed: • 36291 — Tecma Silence Plus controller (sold separately) Bezels only (if just replacing the frame): • 36396 — Wall switch bezel, bone (April 2006 to present) • 36397 — Wall switch bezel, black (April 2006 to present) All-in-one substitute panel (if full replacement preferred): • 38072 — Tecma all-in-one panel (replaces panel + controller together; slightly larger cut-out required)
The Tecma Silence Plus flush system has two separate components: Wall switch panel (50007/36387): The physical buttons and bezel on the wall. If buttons are unresponsive, broken, or cosmetically damaged — this is the part to replace. Controller (36291): The separate electronics module (typically mounted behind the wall or near the toilet) that receives signals from the panel and operates the macerator and solenoid. If buttons work but the toilet doesn't respond — the controller may be the issue. If both are failed, the 38072 all-in-one panel replaces both as a single unit, though it requires a slightly larger wall cut-out.
The 50007/36387 is for Tecma Silence Plus toilets with the 2-button wall switch, manufactured April 2006 to present. Earlier Silence Plus models used a different single-button style panel. Check the date of manufacture on your toilet and count the buttons on your existing panel before ordering.
