Installation Guide:

1. Prep and check parts

Lower your flagpole and remove any cap from the top.
Unpack the Saber light, remote, and the adapter (use the adapter only if you’re not using a Flagpole Buddy Xtreme or aluminum pole).

2. Give it a first charge

Place the light in direct sunlight for several hours before first use to top up the rechargeable batteries.
Keep the main switch in OFF or STORAGE (if present) during charging.

3. Mount to the pole

Flagpole Buddy Xtreme poles: thread the light’s base directly into the top of the pole by hand until snug; do not overtighten.
Most aluminum poles: thread the included adapter onto your pole first, then thread the light into the adapter until snug.

4. Power on and test at ground level

Turn the light ON (take it out of ALL OFF/Storage)
Press the remote to power the tube light and cycle modes; choose your preferred multi-color or solid effect.
If desired, turn the flag light on/off separately using the remote or button.
To confirm dusk-to-dawn operation, briefly cover the solar panels, and the light should come on as if it’s dark.

5. Raise and enjoy

Raise the pole, verify the light is vertical and visible, and confirm your chosen mode is active.
For best performance, keep the panels clean with a soft cloth and recharge in full sun; replace the rechargeable batteries when runtime shortens.
