The Fogatti FOIH2B provides two induction cooking zones in a compact 120V appliance suited for RVs, small kitchens, and other countertop applications. Its smooth glass-ceramic surface uses magnetic induction to heat compatible cookware directly, providing responsive cooking performance while keeping cleanup simple.
The cooktop can be used as a portable countertop appliance with the included feet or installed into a compatible countertop opening. Touch-sensitive controls provide individual cooking-zone selection, adjustable power, timer control, and a child safety lock, while the two cooking zones share the unit's available 1800W power.

The FOIH2B requires flat-bottom cookware made from magnetic material. Cast iron and many magnetic stainless-steel pans are compatible. Glass, ceramic, copper, aluminum, round-bottom cookware, and cookware with a base smaller than approximately 5" are not suitable unless specifically designed for induction use.
