The Furrion FACC12ESHA2-BL-AM is the enhanced multi-zone controller for Furrion Chill R32 rooftop RV air conditioners — the -AM (aftermarket/retrofit) version of the FACC12ESHA2-BL, designed for replacement and upgrade installations. It communicates with the Furrion multi-zone wall thermostat to manage temperature, fan speed, and airflow independently across multiple zones of the RV.
The "enhanced" designation reflects a feature set above the standard FACC12ZA-BL multi-zone controller: 3 fan speeds plus auto mode (vs. 2-speed on the basic controller), freeze protection, 7-color LED mood lighting, and the same short-cycle protection, auto restart, sleep mode, and memory function. Designed specifically for Furrion Chill R32 systems — compatible with F15ZA12SAZA-W and F14ZA12SAZA-W rooftop units. 115V AC/12V DC. Marine approved. Made in USA. 2-year warranty.

Per Furrion: R410A equipment CANNOT be used in R32-designed systems, and R32 refrigerant CANNOT be used in R410A-based air conditioners.
