Molded from polypropylene, it's durable and lightweight with no metal parts that can rust or corrode over time, and the lid closes tightly against the RV's side wall when not in use. Installation is straightforward with a simple 3-screw mount.
This hatch is sized for a 30 Amp cord only. For a 50 Amp cord, or if a larger cutout is needed, look for a hatch specifically rated for that application instead.
