Keep your hydraulic slide-out rooms operating reliably with this factory-replacement IRC (Individual Room Control) manifold from Lippert. The 140515 is designed specifically for rigs with three hydraulic slide-out rooms and includes everything needed to restore independent room control -- manifold, valve sub-assemblies, knobs, and hardware -- in a single kit.
The IRC manifold is the hydraulic control hub that lets you operate each slide-out room individually. When a valve sub-assembly fails, a knob breaks, or the manifold develops internal leaks, the entire system can become unreliable or inoperable. The Lippert 140515 replaces the complete IRC assembly so you get a fresh, matched set of components rather than chasing worn individual parts.
This kit ships with the knobs loose, so they can be oriented and secured during installation without interference. At just 2 lbs., the manifold is compact and easy to handle during the replacement process.
Includes the 3-room manifold, 3 valve sub-assemblies, 3 IRC half-turn knobs, and all required mounting hardware -- nothing extra to source separately.
The 1/2-turn knob format allows each slide room to be opened or closed with a quick 180-degree rotation, providing positive on/off control without over-travel.
Engineered as a Lippert factory replacement for 3-room hydraulic slide-out systems originally equipped with an IRC manifold, matching original mounting and porting dimensions.
Backed by a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty from Lippert, one of the RV industry's largest and most established chassis and slide-out system suppliers.
IRC stands for Individual Room Control. In multi-room hydraulic slide-out systems, the IRC manifold distributes hydraulic fluid to each room via its own dedicated valve. This lets you extend or retract one room at a time rather than moving all rooms simultaneously, which is useful when leveling or working in tight campsites. Replacing the full manifold assembly -- rather than individual valves -- ensures all components are matched and properly sealed.
Knobs are shipped loose and must be installed during assembly. Depressurize the hydraulic slide-out system before beginning any work on the manifold. This part is designed for hydraulic slide systems -- it is not compatible with electric motor-driven or rack-and-pinion slide mechanisms. Verify your slide system uses hydraulic actuation before ordering.
