Some RV setups have two separate waste outlets -- a black tank and a grey tank that exit on different sides of the rig, or a layout that requires two sewer hose runs to reach the dump station. The Lippert 2024121183 solves that with a standard Y (wye) configuration: two 3-inch bayonet inlet fittings merge into a single 3-inch bayonet outlet that connects to your dump station hose.

The 3-inch bayonet lug fitting is the RV industry standard. This adapter is compatible with Camco, Valterra, Lippert Waste Master, and most other brand-name sewer hose ends that use the standard 3-inch bayonet collar. No adapters required for most setups.
The translucent clear housing lets you visually confirm that both inlets are draining and that the line is running clear before you disconnect. This is particularly useful when dumping the black tank first, then flushing with the grey -- you can see when the grey water has pushed the line clean.
When using a wye adapter, open only one tank valve at a time. Opening both simultaneously can reduce flow velocity and allow solids to settle in the hose rather than flush through cleanly. Drain black first, then grey.
Rinse the wye adapter with water after each dump session. Store it in a sealable bag between uses. Inspect the gaskets at each port before the season starts -- replacement 3-inch bayonet gaskets are widely available and inexpensive. Do not use petroleum-based lubricants on the gaskets; a thin coat of silicone grease will extend gasket life.
