Lippert Tire Linc PRO -- 6-Tire RV Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring System
Know your tire pressure and temperature before a blowout costs you a wheel, a tire, or worse. The Tire Linc PRO gives Class A, Class C, and fifth-wheel owners real-time readings on all six tires -- right on your smartphone -- so you can pull over before a low-pressure situation becomes a highway emergency.
The Lippert Tire Linc PRO (part number 2024115891, vendor part 09-8412) is a Bluetooth-based tire pressure monitoring system designed specifically for recreational vehicles carrying six tires -- typically a Class A or Class C motorhome with a full-size spare, or a fifth wheel with dual rear wheels and a spare. Six external cap-style sensors thread directly onto your existing valve stems and begin transmitting pressure and temperature data immediately after pairing.
The included dock plugs into a 12V outlet or USB port in your cab and acts as the primary Bluetooth receiver, feeding data to the companion app on your phone or tablet. The signal repeater extends range to the rear axle and tag axles, ensuring you don't lose readings on tires that are 30 or 40 feet behind the cab. Alerts push to your device when pressure drops below or rises above your programmed thresholds, or when tire temperature spikes to a dangerous level.
Six external stem-mount sensors cover all positions on a typical Class A, Class C, or fifth wheel with dual rears and a spare.
Real-time push alerts warn you of low pressure, high pressure, and high temperature before a blowout occurs.
Dock mounts inside the cab. The repeater boosts signal to rear axles -- no separate purchase needed for most 6-tire rigs.
Each sensor runs on a standard CR-1632 coin cell. No proprietary packs -- batteries are available at any hardware or grocery store.
The free Lippert Tire Linc app (iOS and Android) is required for setup, threshold programming, and live monitoring. App download is separate and free of charge.
Each cap sensor threads onto the valve stem in place of your standard valve cap. A small internal transducer reads live tire pressure and temperature and transmits via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to the dock. The dock relays data to the paired app over BLE or through the repeater for longer rigs. You set your own high and low pressure thresholds in the app -- the system does not use fixed factory thresholds -- so you can match the sensor alerts to the actual cold-inflation spec printed on your tire sidewall or RV door placard.
Installation requires no tools beyond hand-tightening. Thread the sensor cap onto each valve stem clockwise until snug. The sensor will register a small amount of pressure loss at installation (a fraction of a PSI) as it seals to the stem -- this is normal. Once sealed, the sensor maintains an airtight connection. Each sensor includes a lock nut to prevent theft or vibration loosening. Sensors are compatible with standard Schrader valve stems found on virtually all RV and trailer tires.
The dock alone covers shorter rigs reliably. For rigs longer than approximately 35 feet, or any coach where the rear axle is more than 30 feet from the cab, mount the repeater at the midpoint of the vehicle to maintain signal to the rear sensors. The repeater must be within Bluetooth range of both the dock and the rear sensors simultaneously. Mount it inside the coach, not in an exterior bay, for best signal penetration.
