Exact-fit replacement lid for MaxxFan Plus roof vents. This is the lid only (no fan assembly). If you have a standard MaxxFan/Deluxe that uses the general lid, use part 10A40002K instead.

Install Notes

  1. Open the vent, support the lid, and remove the existing lid pin/retainer.
  2. Transfer the new lid onto the existing hinge/lifter interface; reinstall the hinge pin/retainer.
  3. Cycle open/close and check seal contact.

If your hinge pin or hardware is damaged, replace as needed (MaxxAir lists the lid hinge pin as 10-40003K in the parts diagram).

Will this fit my fan?
If your model is a MaxxFan Plus (e.g., MA00-04000K, MA00-04751KSX), this is the correct white lid. Standard/Deluxe models typically use lid 10A40002K.
Does it include hardware?
No. This is the lid assembly only. Reuse your existing hinge pin and lifter hardware if serviceable; replace if worn.
What about other colors?
Plus lids are also available as Smoke (12-00057), Clear (12-00075), and Tint (12-00076).
