The Permatex Fuel Tank Repair Kit makes quick permanent repairs to leaks in all types of metal fuel tanks or portable metal tanks. No need for any dangerous welding. 30-minute cure time. Repairs slow leaking cracks up to 4" long and holes up to 3/8" in diameter.
  • Ideal for cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles, portable metal fuel tanks, and metal car fuel tanks.
  • Repair resign hardens in 8-10 minutes, cures in 30 minutes.
  • Repairs are recommended to be made in 50-75 degrees F.
  • Note: not designed for plastic fuel tanks.
  • Kit includes epoxy, sandpaper, fiberglass cloth, an application brush, and instructions.
