Reach the roof of your RV, the hull of your boat, or the top of your tow vehicle without a ladder. The Camco 41960 flow-through wash brush combines a lightweight telescoping aluminum handle, a push-button water shutoff, and soft scratch-free bristles into one tool that handles everything from your rig's sidewalls to your home's siding.
The Camco 41960 is designed around the real frustration of washing a big rig: constantly moving a ladder, fighting hose drag, and switching between scrubbing and rinsing. The telescoping aluminum handle solves the reach problem -- extending from 47 inches to 74 inches to cover most RV sidewalls, slide-out faces, and roof edges from the ground. The push-button water valve at the handle lets you stop water flow for focused scrubbing and open it back up for rinsing without walking back to the spigot.
The brush head locks onto the handle via a square-peg connection that eliminates the rotation and flopping common with round-peg designs. You push, scrub, and the head stays where you aim it. Soft white bristles lift road grime, bug splatter, and oxidation residue without scratching gel coat, painted aluminum, or fiberglass sidewalls.
On/off button at the handle lets you scrub dry then rinse without returning to the spigot -- saves water and speeds up the wash cycle.
Lightweight aluminum extends from 47 to 74 inches. Reaches most Class A and Class C rooflines from the ground on a level surface.
Brush head mounts on a square peg instead of round, eliminating rotation under scrubbing pressure for consistent contact angle.
Threaded female garden hose fitting at the base of the handle connects to any standard 3/4 in. garden hose -- no adapters needed for most setups.
This tool earns its keep beyond the RV bay. Common uses include:
Water enters at the hose connection at the base of the handle and travels up through the hollow aluminum shaft to the brush head. The push-button valve interrupts this flow path when you want to scrub without water. When you release the button, water flows out through the bristle face, pre-soaking the surface ahead of the brush. This flow-through approach reduces soap streaking and rinse time compared to dipping a bucket brush.
The Camco 41960 connects to any standard 3/4 in. garden hose using a conventional threaded fitting. No special hose, pressure regulator, or flow restrictor is required. The brush operates at typical residential water pressure -- no high-pressure supply needed. It is not designed for pressure washer wands.
