Most awning room systems require you to assemble separate front panels, side walls, poles, and rafters every time you set up camp. The Vacation'r Room eliminates all of that. The entire structure -- front panel and side panels -- is sewn as one continuous piece that simply hangs from your existing awning. Unpack it, clip it on, stake it down, and you are done.
At approximately 34 lbs, this is a genuine full-size room with an approximately 202-inch front panel length and tall skirting that fills the open areas underneath the RV body and over the wheel wells. Two awning rail clamps are included so no drilling is needed.

The room is constructed from tent-grade fabric in gray with dark gray trim. The material is designed to handle typical campsite weather conditions. The skirting fills the gap between the room walls and the ground, and the wheel well fillers close off the irregular shape around the tires for a cleaner, more enclosed feel.
This room is sized to work with a standard 8 ft awning canopy extension (the depth the awning projects out from the coach). Verify your awning projection depth before ordering -- a significantly shallower or deeper projection will affect how the side panels align to the ground.
