The Valterra K88300 AquaFRESH Performance Fresh Water System is built around one goal: noticeably better water flow. The kit's two 5/8" hoses deliver more than 80% higher flow than standard 1/2" hoses, so you get stronger showers and faucet pressure at the campsite.
The included exterior inline water filter has a wide body designed to allow that increased flow through without a pressure drop, while still reducing chlorine taste and odor. It's rated to last up to 6 months or roughly 3,000 gallons, depending on water quality. The hi-flow regulator delivers 50-55 psi, which is higher than a standard regulator — Valterra notes this system isn't recommended for older RVs, since their plumbing may not be rated for that pressure.
