The 4-layer polypropylene sidewall fabric is breathable enough to let interior moisture vapor escape, yet water-resistant enough to shed rain and morning dew. That balance is what ADCO calls "storage lot optimized" -- durable enough for months of unattended outdoor use, not just weekend trips.
Fit is handled by the Slip-Seam Strapping System, which cinches the cover tight at all four bottom corners, pulling out slack that wind would otherwise catch and billow. CAM buckles lock the straps in position so they cannot loosen on their own. Eight reinforced corner panels -- top and bottom -- take the abrasion that kills unprotected fabric.

This cover is designed for travel trailers with an overall length of 26 ft 1 in to 28 ft 6 in. ADCO defines overall length as the longest two points of the trailer -- including rear bumper and rear ladder -- but excluding the hitch and coupler. Measure this way before ordering to confirm the correct size.
ADCO markets two distinct product families: storage lot covers (like this 01-2699) and all-season covers (SFS AquaShed, Tyvek, etc.). Storage lot covers use a lighter-weight breathable polypropylene designed for dry or mild climates and managed storage facilities. They are not intended to replace all-season covers in regions with heavy snow loads or extreme ice. If you store in a snow-belt climate, consider ADCO's AquaShed or Polar White series instead.
