Purpose-built for long-term outdoor storage, the ADCO 01-2695 uses a breathable, UV-treated 4-layer polypropylene construction to shield your travel trailer from sun, rain, debris, and the slow accumulation of grime that causes black streaks and premature surface wear. If your rig sits in a storage lot between trips, this cover is designed specifically for that unattended, extended-use environment.
Storing a travel trailer without a cover invites UV cracking on sidewalls and decals, oxidation on the roof, mold and mildew in crevices, and a constant cycle of washing and waxing just to maintain appearance. The ADCO 01-2695 is engineered to break that cycle. Its breathable fabric lets moisture vapor escape while blocking liquid water, so condensation under the cover does not create the humid environment that feeds mold and mildew growth.
The tan colorway -- standard across ADCO's storage lot series -- reflects heat and blends into most commercial storage facilities. This is not a basic tarp; it is a fitted, strapped, corner-reinforced system designed to stay put on a trailer parked outside for weeks or months at a time.
Breathable, water-resistant fabric blocks UV rays and sheds rain while allowing interior moisture vapor to escape -- preventing mold and mildew buildup during extended storage.
CAM buckles lock the straps securely so the cover does not loosen or slip on an unattended trailer. The slip-seam system cinches all 4 bottom corners tight to prevent wind from getting under the cover.
Extra reinforcement material at all 8 corners -- top and bottom -- resists snags and tears at the highest-stress points. Built-in vents allow air circulation to further reduce moisture buildup.
Includes rain gutter spout protectors, extra adhesive reinforcement patches, a weighted buckle toss-under tool for routing straps beneath the trailer, and a storage bag for the off-season.
ADCO distinguishes their storage lot covers from their all-climate and all-weather covers. Storage lot covers prioritize breathability and UV protection for trailers parked in open, unshaded lots -- conditions where trapped heat and moisture are bigger threats than driving rain. The 4-layer polypropylene construction handles those demands without the heavier, more expensive materials used in full all-weather products. If your trailer lives outside year-round in a harsh climate, consider ADCO's Designer or Polar White series. If your primary need is a reliable cover for a storage facility, the 01-2695 is the right tool.
UV cracking, faded decals, black roof streaks, and oxidized sidewalls all reduce what buyers will pay for a used trailer. Consistent use of a fitted cover is one of the simplest, lowest-cost ways to keep a trailer looking new between trips and command a better price when it is time to sell.
ADCO sizes their travel trailer covers by total length. Measure your trailer from its two longest points -- typically from the rear bumper or ladder to the front nose -- but do not include the hitch or hitch ball in your measurement. If your trailer measures between 18 ft 1 in and 20 ft at its longest two points (excluding hitch), the 01-2695 is the correct size.
Include bumpers, ladders, and rear cargo racks in your measurement. Exclude the hitch coupler and ball. Ordering the next size up is not recommended -- a loose cover billows and chafes more than a properly fitted one. If your trailer is right at the 20 ft boundary, measure twice before ordering.
The weighted buckle toss-under tool included with the cover is designed to help one person route the securing straps beneath the trailer without crawling on the ground. Lay the cover over the roof, walk the sides down, then use the toss tool to pass each strap under the frame and connect to the CAM buckles. Rain gutter spout protectors should be installed wherever the cover drapes over a gutter edge to prevent the fabric from puncturing or tearing at that contact point.
ADCO offers travel trailer storage lot covers in a range of sizes to fit trailers from under 15 ft through over 40 ft. If the 01-2695 does not match your trailer's length, check ADCO's full size lineup to find the correct cover for your coach.
