The Accumetric 142900 BOSS 125 is a multi-purpose construction sealant that offers superior, primer-less adhesion to most building materials including vinyl, aluminum, steel, concrete, wood, and glass.
  • Seals construction joints in concrete structures, masonry joints, balcony, window, and door perimeter joints, facade and metal cladding joints, aluminum angle joints, curbs, exterior mastic, pinhole repairs, and shower screens.
  • Cures upon exposure to moisture in the air to form a strong, flexible seal.
  • Can also be applied to flashings, vents, downspouts, gutters, and tiles.
  • Can be applied in any season.
  • Adheres to damp and non-porous surfaces.
  • One-part sealant, no mixing required.
  • Tested up to 5000 hours showed no signs of discoloration, chalking, or cracking.
  • Superior weather resistance. Unaffected by sun exposure, rain, snow, and extreme temperatures.
  • UV protected and will not discolor, stain or streak.
  • Remains flexible without cracking or drying out over time.
  • Non-slump sealant can be applied in vertical, horizontal, and overhead joints.

SPECIFICATIONS
BOSS® 125 Multi-Seal® meets performance requirements of TT-S-000230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT-non traffic, G-glass, M-mortar, A-aluminum, and O-other; CAN/CGSB 19.13-M87.

CLEAN UP
Uncured sealant can be easily removed using a solvent such as alcohol or acetone. For an environmental and health friendlier choice use BOSS® Biggie Wipes. If the sealant is cured it must be removed mechanically by cutting and scraping.

LIMITATIONS
Do not use for structural glazing. It is the sole responsibility of the user to test the adhesion to the substrate for suitability.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
When stored in the original unopened containers at or below 90°F (32°C), BOSS® 125 Multi-Seal® Building/Construction Sealant has a shelf life of 12 months from date of shipment. In Countries where high heat and humidity are a factor, special precautions must be taken. Store product in a covered, well-ventilated warehouse and avoid excessive heat conditions. Storage in high heat, high humidity conditions may reduce shelf life by up to 30%. Rotation of stock is an absolute necessity. Cartons should always be stacked upright with the nozzle tip pointed upwards. DO NOT stack cartons on their side. NEVER stack cartons more than 8 high. DO NOT store within 1 meter (4 feet) of the roofline of the warehouse or storage building.

CAUTION
DIRECT CONTACT OF UNCURED SEALANT IRRITATES EYES AND MAY IRRITATE SKIN. OVEREXPOSURE TO VAPOR MAY IRRITATE EYES, NOSE, AND THROAT. Avoid eye and skin contact. Use with adequate ventilation. Do not handle contact lenses with sealant on hands. IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. Obtain medical attention. IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT, remove from skin and flush with water. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
