Curt 16307 is a vehicle-specific 5th wheel bracket kit engineered for select 2019-2027 Ram 1500 pickups. The brackets mount below the truck bed and provide the structural attachment points needed for compatible industry-standard above-bed 5th wheel base rails.
Unlike universal bracket installations that may require drilling into the frame, the custom-fit 16307 brackets use existing frame features to simplify installation. They are constructed from carbon steel and protected with Curt's rust-resistant liquid A-coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance.

The Curt 16307 brackets do not require drilling into the truck frame. Installation of the above-bed base rails does require drilling through the truck bed at the specified rail mounting locations.
Curt 16307 contains the vehicle-specific frame brackets and mounting hardware only. Compatible Curt 16104 or 16204 above-bed base rails are required to complete the 5th wheel mounting system.

The 16307 brackets themselves install beneath the truck bed, but they support traditional above-bed 5th wheel base rails. This is not an unobstructed-bed OEM-style puck mounting system.
