The Curt 22323 helps eliminate unwanted movement between a 2-inch receiver and a compatible hollow-shank ball mount, cargo carrier, bike rack, or other hitch-mounted accessory. The internal shim fits inside the accessory shank and accepts the threaded hitch pin to pull the assembly tightly into position.
High-strength carbon-steel construction provides a secure connection, while the yellow zinc-plated finish helps protect the hardware against corrosion. The grooved 5/8-inch pin also allows a retaining clip to be attached from virtually any angle.
