The Curt 48012 combines a 2-5/16" trailer ball and heavy-duty pintle hook into one receiver-mounted towing solution. It allows compatible trucks to tow trailers equipped with either a standard ball coupler or a lunette ring without changing the complete hitch mount.
The solid forged-steel body fits a 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" receiver and provides a 20,000-lb maximum GTW rating. A spring-loaded locking arm secures the lunette ring during pintle towing, while the replaceable trailer ball features a hard chrome finish for corrosion resistance.

Never exceed the lowest-rated component in the towing system. Vehicle, receiver hitch, trailer, coupler, lunette ring, and other components may have lower ratings than the Curt 48012.
