General Installation Steps: 1. Remove Old Vent: Remove the screws or fasteners securing the existing roof vent from inside and/or outside the RV. Lift the old vent frame and lid assembly free from the roof opening 2. Clean the Opening: Remove old sealant and debris from the roof opening and surrounding area — a clean, flat surface ensures the best seal 3. Apply Sealant: Apply a bead of RV-compatible roof sealant around the vent opening perimeter on the roof surface 4.
