The Cavagna 52-A-490-0019 is identical to the 52-A-490-0018 compact two-stage RV propane regulator with one key addition: an integrated manual shut-off valve. From Cavagna Group — the same OEM supplier whose compact two-stage regulators are widely used as factory-installed components across major RV brands. The shut-off valve allows the gas supply to be closed directly at the regulator without returning to the propane tank, which is useful for servicing appliances or isolating the system for the off-season without handling the tank itself.
