Flexible butyl sealing tape for RV windows, vents, roof flanges, and body sealing applications — in a box of 5 rolls for professional and multi-project use. 1/8" thick x 3/4" wide x 30' per roll — 150 total linear feet. Continuous roll, peel-and-stick. Conforms to irregular surfaces and unusual joint profiles.
The Dicor BT-1834-5 is the same butyl seal tape as the single-roll BT-1834-1 — 1/8" thick x 3/4" wide x 30' — packaged as a box of 5 rolls for professional installers, RV dealers, and owners who go through multiple rolls during a full roof resealing, window replacement, or body sealing project. Five rolls provide 150 total linear feet of coverage, enough for a comprehensive roof penetration resealing job on most Class A or Class C motorhomes.
The tape is ideal for bedding window frames, vent bases, roof penetration flanges, and any joint where a conformable, gap-free seal is needed before fastening. The continuous roll format eliminates skips in the seal during installation. Surfaces must be clean and dry before application. Do not stretch the tape during application. Clean up with mineral spirits before the product skins.
• 5x rolls Dicor BT-1834 butyl seal tape (1/8" x 3/4" x 30' each) Installation steps: 1. Clean all surfaces — remove dirt, dust, moisture, oil, and grease 2. Cut tape to desired length 3. Peel off release liner 4. Apply to joint, flange, or seam — do not stretch 5. Fasten or assemble as required 6. Clean up excess with mineral spirits before product skins Single roll version: BT-1834-1
A single 30' roll is typically sufficient for one or two vent or window replacements. For a full roof resealing project covering all vents, skylights, A/C unit base, and antenna penetrations, most Class A and Class C coaches require 3–5 rolls. The BT-1834-5 box of 5 covers a complete roof job with tape to spare for body sealing applications. It's always better to have more than you need — butyl tape has a reasonable shelf life when stored in a cool, dry location and leftover rolls are useful for ongoing RV maintenance.
