The Flow-Rite Pro-Fill BG-C48V-11 is engineered specifically for Club Car Precedent and DS models running Trojan 8-volt batteries in 2007 and older configurations. The pre-formed snake tubing is custom-molded to the exact battery tray layout of these vehicles, so the tubing routes cleanly between cells without binding, pinching, or improvised cuts.
Each kit replaces manual watering completely. The integrated Flow-Rite float valves automatically stop water flow the moment each cell reaches the correct electrolyte level -- eliminating overfill and the acid damage that comes with it. Flooded lead-acid batteries require regular watering to maintain electrolyte levels and prevent plate exposure. Manual watering with a squeeze bottle or funnel is time-consuming and error-prone -- overfilling causes acid overflow during charging, corroding terminals, cables, and the battery tray. The Pro-Fill system eliminates both problems: it is faster and the float valves make overfill physically impossible.

The snake tubing profile is specific to these battery tray dimensions. It is not a universal kit -- verify your cart model year and battery brand/voltage before ordering. For Club Car models with 6V batteries or newer tray layouts, a different BG series kit is required.
Use only deionized or distilled water when filling flooded lead-acid batteries. Tap water introduces minerals that accelerate sulfation and reduce battery life. The Pro-Fill system is compatible with Flow-Rite hand-pump water guns and gravity-fed deionized water tanks -- typical working pressure is low (gravity or hand-pump supply is sufficient). Do not connect to a high-pressure tap line without a pressure regulator.
