Conventional battery watering means unscrewing each vent cap, peering at every cell, and adding water with a squeeze bottle -- easy to overfill, easy to underfill, and almost guaranteed to splash acid. The Flow-Rite MP-2010 replaces that process entirely. A manifold links all cells internally; you connect a hand pump (or water jug) to the single quick-connect port on the outside, squeeze until the system stops accepting water, and you are done.
The float-valve mechanism inside each manifold cell closes automatically the moment electrolyte reaches the correct level. Water cannot enter an already-full cell. That means every cell across the entire battery is filled to the same correct level -- every single time -- without you having to check or measure anything.

A hand pump or pressurized water source is required to operate this system and is sold separately. Flow-Rite and compatible hand pumps are available on our site. A standard distilled-water jug with a gravity feed or hand squeeze bottle will also work with the quick-connect fitting.
The MP-2010 manifold replaces the individual vent caps on your 12V battery. Each manifold port contains a float-valve that opens when a cell is low and closes the instant the electrolyte reaches the correct level. All ports are linked internally so water distributes to only the cells that need it. When every cell is full, the system creates back-pressure and water stops flowing -- that back-pressure is your signal that the battery is completely watered.
Because you never remove individual caps during routine fill cycles, you reduce exposure to battery acid and avoid the contamination risk that comes from handling caps in dirty engine bays or compartments. The quick-connect port also accepts a blowout fitting so you can purge the fill tube between uses.
Flooded lead-acid batteries -- the most common house-bank chemistry in RVs -- require distilled water to replace electrolyte lost during charging. Underfilling exposes plates and shortens battery life dramatically. Overfilling forces electrolyte out during gassing cycles, corroding terminals and trays. The Qwik Fill system eliminates both failure modes and makes watering a 60-second task instead of a 10-minute chore.
The MP-2010 is designed for flooded (wet cell) lead-acid batteries only. It is not compatible with sealed AGM, gel, or lithium batteries, which do not require water addition.
The MP-2010 covers one 12V battery.
