The Flow-Rite MP-2000 Qwik-Fill system replaces individual cell caps on two 12V batteries with precision-flow manifolds that are interconnected by tubing. Water enters from one remote fill point and distributes automatically to only the cells that need it. Each manifold valve shuts off flow the moment a cell reaches the correct level, eliminating overfilling and dry-cell damage.
This system is purpose-built for RV house battery banks running two 12V flooded lead-acid batteries in series or parallel -- a common configuration in motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. It is compatible with most group 24, 27, and 31 battery cases that use standard 1.125-inch (1-1/8 inch) fill ports.
Float valve in each manifold stops flow when the cell reaches proper level -- no overfilling, no spillage.
Manifolds replace OEM caps permanently. Fill all cells without opening the battery box or touching individual caps.
Designed for standard 6-cell 12V flooded batteries in group sizes 24, 27, and 31 with 1-1/8 inch fill ports.
Included quick-connect fitting attaches to the fill tube for fast, drip-free connections to a hand pump or gravity jug.

The MP-2000 does not include a hand pump or squeeze bulb. Flow-Rite and Camco both offer compatible hand pumps. You can also use a gravity-feed distilled water jug with the quick-connect fitting. Always use distilled water only -- tap water introduces minerals that degrade battery life.
No tools are required for standard installations. The manifold caps thread directly into existing battery fill port openings. Connect manifolds on each battery with the supplied tubing, then route the fill tube to an accessible quick-connect location outside the battery box.
The Qwik-Fill system is designed exclusively for vented, flooded (wet-cell) lead-acid batteries. It is not compatible with AGM, gel, lithium (LiFePO4), or sealed VRLA batteries. If you are unsure of your battery type, check the label -- flooded batteries have removable vent caps; AGM and gel batteries do not.
