Flooded lead-acid batteries -- common in RV house banks, golf carts, and floor scrubbers -- require regular distilled water top-offs to maintain capacity and plate health. Traditional watering means removing every vent cap individually, using a turkey baster or squeeze bottle, and risking overfill. Pro-Fill eliminates all of that. This kit is configured for a 48-volt battery bank made up of eight 6-volt batteries wired in series. This is the standard configuration for many 48V golf carts (Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha), industrial floor care equipment, and some large RV or solar storage banks. If your bank uses a different voltage, cell count, or cell spacing, select the appropriate Pro-Fill kit for your configuration.
The interconnect tubing length between valves is determined by the center-to-center distance between adjacent battery cells. This kit is cut for 2.7" spacing, which is standard for most common 6V flooded batteries in golf cart and RV applications. Measure your cell spacing before ordering if you are unsure -- using tubing cut for the wrong spacing will result in slack, kinked, or tension-stressed connections.
